Rigtrans’ own range of temperature controlled or Reefer Cargo Carrying Units is designed, manufactured and certified to DNVGL-ST-E271 (DNV 2.7-1), EN12079 and ISO10855. 10ft and 20ft units are also certified to ISO1496/CSC and ISO6346. DNV GL certified sling sets can be supplied.

 

All Reefers can be multi stacked with their slings fitted. Typical set temperatures range from -29°C (-20°F) to 29°C (84°F). More powerful equipment options are available. Some models can carry both chilled and frozen cargoes in the same container with easy access to either load. Options include transformers and frequency converters, internal lighting, panic release door button, alarm, elevated T section or flat floor. For empty positioning, 10ft units can be paired to create a 20ft ISO module enabling delivery by containership.
